Our team will reach out: You will hear from our team within 1-2 business days to collect content
Upload Your Assets: We will provide you with a link to upload your brand assets, including:
Logos (preferably in EPS format)
Colours (hex or RGB)
Photos (don’t worry! If you need high-quality images, we offer stock options and a free hero image)
Icons (select up to 10 icons for free)
Copywriting/wording (see steps 3 or 4)
Your domain name (you can bring your own or choose a new one)
Copywriting Consult: If you’ve chosen our copywriting service, our marketing manager will arrange a 30-minute phone consultation to gather your ideas and preferences.
Providing your own Copy: If you prefer to provide your own copy, we’ll send you a document template to complete.
Live proof: Once we receive all of your assets and copy, it will take approximately 5 working days for us to provide you with a live proof of your website.
Proofing: Allow an additional 5 business days for any changes and to prepare your site for launch. These templates include one round of proofing. If you require additional changes, they are charged in 15min blocks at $30 per block.
Website launch: Once your website has been approved, allow 48hrs for your website to become live.
